If you’ve got experience in a similar role and you’re eager to take your career to the next level, then we’d love to hear from you!This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of up to 32k per year.Here’s what you’ll need:
  • Previous experience working on a service desk, both in person and remotely.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Experience setting up computer hardware, software, networks, and printers.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing support and troubleshooting for applications, IT equipment, and networks.
  • Responding promptly to service issues and requests and escalating when needed.
  • Monitoring critical systems and acting as required.
  • Managing the Joiners/Movers/Leavers process.
  • Deploying and configuring software, workstations, printers, and more.
  • Providing documentation, support, guidance, and training to the team.
  • Assisting with IT projects as needed.
  • Occasionally conducting site visits.
