- Previous experience working on a service desk, both in person and remotely.
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience setting up computer hardware, software, networks, and printers.
- Providing support and troubleshooting for applications, IT equipment, and networks.
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests and escalating when needed.
- Monitoring critical systems and acting as required.
- Managing the Joiners/Movers/Leavers process.
- Deploying and configuring software, workstations, printers, and more.
- Providing documentation, support, guidance, and training to the team.
- Assisting with IT projects as needed.
- Occasionally conducting site visits.
