You’ll be working from your home base but out most days visiting clients performing break fix, monitoring systems, helping with installations and projects and checking backups and raising issues as required. When not on a scheduled visit or on call, you’ll be working with the business’ helpdesk potentially with some home working.
Other similar job titles could include Field ICT Support Engineer, ICT technician, IT Technician, IT Support Analyst etc.
Previous experience within the education sector not essential but highly advantageous. Ability to pass a criminal records check (DBS) is essential and a clean driving licence (vehicle provided).
