Responsibilities:
- Manage email inbox, respond to customer queries, update pricing, and provide relevant information to clients and consumers.
- Support marketplace listing creation for increased organic sales.
- Monitor third-party sellers, enforce policies, and take corrective actions.
- Provide ad hoc reports and data to management.
- Upload new products and ensure accurate descriptions and images.
- Maintain and optimise current listings for maximum effectiveness.
- Monitor reviews and troubleshoot issues.
- Research trends and best practices in eCommerce.
- Analyse performance metrics to boost sales.
- Optimise ads for improved ROI.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance product ratings.

- Exceptionally organised with keen attention to detail.

- Skilled in multitasking and quick adaptation to shifting priorities.
- Business-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Capable of working independently, collaboratively, and taking initiative.
- Tech-savvy with a knack for learning new software quickly.
- Diligent, creative, and self-motivated, eager to broaden knowledge in D2C and B2B account development.
- Experience with e-commerce listing on Amazon or other online retailers preferred but not required.
