A unique opportunity to join an exceptional Hotel at the heart of their Hospitality team.

The role will be to Manage the operation of all hospitality food & beverage services throughout the resort.

This position demands a blend of strategic insight and hands-on management expertise, aimed at delivering unparalleled service

As Manager you will need to have excellent communication skills, an exceptional eye for detail with drive and enthusiasm to lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Proven experience in managing people within luxury hospitality
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to look ahead and pre-empt issues or challenges
  • Champion service excellence across all areas, providing regular training to ensure consistent standards
  • Strong managerial skills including team leadership and scheduling.
  • Friendly, characterful demeanour, taking genuine pleasure in supporting your colleagues and guest experience with an optimistic outlook
  • Recruit, manage and train hospitality management/supervisor team, ensuring they have full knowledge and can confidently deliver the business' ongoing vision
  • Experienced in cellar management
  • Manage all issues relating to costs, expenses, wastage, breakages and stock control.
