This is an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant looking for work to start immediately to join a reputable company based in Thame on a short-term, temporary PAYE basis.
Client Details
The client is well established in their field and provide a service to a wide range of clients. There is parking on-site and this is an office based role.
Description
The Accounts Assistant will:
- Process and check purchase invoices, accruals and prepayments, reconciliations etc
- Produce monthly sales invoices
- Review accounts/profit and loss
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations
- Resolve queries
- Ad-hoc support for the Finance team
Profile
The Accounts Assistant will be/have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Computer literate with good Excel skills and experience using an accounting system/s
- Good communication skills
- Immediate availability
