LinkLife are excited working with a local company based on the outskirts of Thame, Oxfordshire who are seeking a results driven and successful Field Sales Representative to join their team

Role - Field Sales Representative

Location -Thame, Oxfordshire - Outskirts

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 plus 3% commission

Contract - Full time, permanent

Main Duties of Field Sales Representative:

• Identify and connect with potential customers through various channels including cold calls, telephone marketing, and networking
• Present sales presentations and highlight product attributes to prospective clients
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales goals
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business expansion

Key Essentials of Field Sales Representative:

• Must have driver's license and access to own vehicle
• Prior experience in a field sales-centric position is required
• Demonstrated history of successful sales and progress
• Exceptional abilities in communication and fostering relationships
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to achieving objectives and closing deals
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Optimistic attitude with a proactive approach
• Understanding of sales methodologies

You will be out on the road 80% of your working hours where you will be provided a company vehicle. Competitive compensation packages are provided, comprising a base salary alongside uncapped commission, with 3% of income turnover.

You must be able to provide information on your previous sales targets and figures
