Position Overview:
Nter Talent is currently recruiting for an Operations Executive to join our client's brand-new production facility. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in producing sustainable materials that significantly reduce carbon footprints, contributing directly to their mission of environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring efficiency and maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Implement and uphold health, safety, and environmental protocols to foster a safe working environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to production staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.
- Generate reports and analysis to track key performance indicators and identify areas for enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing or production, preferably within the biotechnology or sustainability sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
