About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Your role will involve:

- Leading and driving sales performance

- Managing inventory and stock levels to maximise sales.

- Implementing and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.

- Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales.

- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
