Real Estate SolicitorTadleyA legal 500, reputable firm are seeking an established lawyer ready to step into a leadership role within the firms Real Estate team.The role gives you opportunity to lead and manage a team to really build and grow on the department as well as handle a range of commercial property work.Skills Required:
  • Experience in advising on commercial land acquisition, sales, funding, development, letting, and landlord and tenant work
  • Proficiency in property portfolio management
  • Expertise in grant and renewal of commercial leases, transfer of existing leases, and dealing with applications for consent to assignment
  • Ability to oversee underletting or alterations to premises, acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property, and options, conditional contracts, and pre-emption agreements
  • Familiarity with promotion agreements, property aspects of corporate asset and share sales and acquisitions, secured lending transactions, and site assembly and sale of completed units
