- Experience in advising on commercial land acquisition, sales, funding, development, letting, and landlord and tenant work
- Proficiency in property portfolio management
- Expertise in grant and renewal of commercial leases, transfer of existing leases, and dealing with applications for consent to assignment
- Ability to oversee underletting or alterations to premises, acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property, and options, conditional contracts, and pre-emption agreements
- Familiarity with promotion agreements, property aspects of corporate asset and share sales and acquisitions, secured lending transactions, and site assembly and sale of completed units
