Full Time - Term Time Only
The Science Faculty aims to stimulate pupils’ curiosity, and enjoyment of Science and develop their awareness of the importance of Science to society and the environment.
In this role you will co-ordinate the use of practical resources and facilities and provide assistance and advice in meeting the practical needs of the science curriculum, including liaising with teaching staff and support staff outside the department. You will have responsibility for providing all technical support to the Physics Department and ensuring the maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment.
Working during term time, Monday to Friday, this role would suit a person who has initiative, is practical and well organised, and who enjoys working as part of a team.
A qualification or background in a scientific discipline
(e.g. A-level in a Science) is required.
