- Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver excellent food
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes
- Monitor and manage ingredient inventory ensuring proper storage and freshness
- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen to ensure smooth communication during service
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace adhering to hygiene standards and Health regulations.
- Proven experience in a relevant culinary role
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment and food safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a team
- Physically fit to stand for long periods in service
