A leading design and manufacturing business are currently recruiting for an experienced New Business Development Manager to join their Sales team.

The role will be split between 1-2 days in their Thetford, Norfolk office and the rest a split between travelling and home based.

The business development team is at the forefront of connecting the business with the brands and retailers that they would love to work with. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team and be responsible for driving them to the next level. You’ll be looking after UK & European markets with the ability to identify new opportunities and opportunities for growth.

Role Accountabilities:

· Helping to create and develop partnerships with exciting Gen Z centric brands

· Developing, implementing and owning the full commercial strategy

· Driving the success of the business development team by embodying Fathoms values and delivering impactful coaching

· Building cross-functional relationships with Account Management, Product Marketing, Product and Engineering to ensure alignment and clarity on the business strategy and product offering

· Presenting sales forecasts to the wider business and senior leadership, with full accountability for the commercial revenue targets

· Keeping your finger on the pulse through competitor analysis, client feedback and industry developments

Knowledge/Experience:

· Previous sales leadership experience in a B2B or B2B2C company

· Salesforce experience would be advantageous but not required

· Demonstrated track record of successfully driving revenue on a global scale

· The ability to be agile, working in a fast-paced dynamic environment

· Have experience leading and closing, as well as navigating complex longer sales cycles

· A strategic mindset and passion
