Window and Door Surveyor

We're currently seeking a Window/Door Surveyor to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting resident’s homes, conducting a detailed survey of the property in line with contract specifications, and conducting an onsite assessment to detail site access, H&S queries, and any prospective issues foreseen prior to installation.

Job Role – Window & Door Surveyor

Job Location – Flexible/Hybrid

Reports to – Senior Contract Manager

Responsibilities and duties but not limited to:

·Undertaking detailed surveys in line with contract specifications.

·Ensuring the completed survey meets the current building regulations and ASSURE standards.

·Liaising with clients to resolve site queries.

·Highlighting to clients pre-empted issues onsite.

·Completing individual site assessments for install teams to review.

·Inputting data into software programme (home office days) and uploading to our client's office in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience:

·Previous experience in window surveying.

·Ability to work unsupervised.

·Good discipline for home working.

·Good knowledge of Building Regulations.

·Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Excellent organisational and time management skills.

·Full UK driving licence – no more than 6 points

·NVQ Level 3 – desired but not essential. This can be worked towards

Benefits Package:

·£40,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience.

·Phone allowance.

·25 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays.

·Laptop.

·NVQ Training if required.

·Pension Scheme.

·Vehicle allowance/company vehicle provided.
