An experienced Liability/Casualty Claims Handler is required to join a global Loss Adjusters offering the opportunity for any ambitious Liability Claims specialist looking to progress into a Field Based role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Investigation and reporting on a varied caseload of EL/PL (both Injury and Property) and Motor Injury claims.
  • Carrying out site visits within your dedicated geographical area
  • You will work with various Clients, a mixture of Liability Insurers, Blue Chip Corporate Clients and Brokers.

About you:

  • Have an EL/PL/Motor injury and/or property biased background with the ability to fully investigate all types of liability claims
  • Be able to interact with all interested stakeholders including claims staff, underwriters, policyholders, brokers and claimants
  • The ability to apply a thorough knowledge of current case law, common law/statute and regulations
  • Be willing to go the extra mile and provide exemplary customer service
  • Possess accurate keyboard skills
  • Have a clean full driving license
  • Have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Be extremely well organised and capable of influencing others
  • Insurance qualifications are desirable, but equal consideration will also be given to those with the relevant experience
