An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to join a friendly team within a forward thinking construction business based in Thetford, Norfolk. The successful candidate will likely be keen to learn and develop, have an ambitious attitude and will be provide administrative and business support within a dynamic and wide-ranging business environment.
Construction industry experience isn't needed as extensive training will be given. There is a huge opportunity to progress and advance in this role.
Performance Objectives

• Logging any enquires received, to include return date, potential site visit date etc. Pulling out key tender information and collating pricing files. Arranging site visits.
• Tracking all tender submissions we submit to ascertain when the project may go live.
• Business Development, to include contacting new and existing clients to enquire about upcoming business requirements. This will involve working through our clients existing extensive contact list - making calls and sending emails. Building up new contacts and relationships and adding to list.
• Helping with signing off invoices and dealing with any queries or issues
• Potentially assist with cost recording etc
• Assisting in the ordering of materials

• A confident telephone manner

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
