£11,000-£13,000 per session + NHS Pension + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave.

The Surgery
- GP Training Practice, Nurse and Pharmacist Training Practice.
- Forward thinking, innovative practice near Croydon University Hospital.
- Daily 30-minute coffee break to ensure good communication across the practice.
- Exceptionally forward-thinking patient on-the-day processes.
- Normal 'office-hours' 9:00-5:30/6:00pm.
- Admin on a rota, never overwhelming.
- Team focused, friendly, non-hierarchical culture.
- Well managed prescribing, all medication reviews are f2f.
Your role -
- 4-8 sessions available.
- Innovative patient handling - all patients called by a GP on the same day (capped numbers).
- No duty doctor due to the way the work with patients.
- No extended hours for Salaried GPs.
- Very low home visits - (1 per month approx. for Salaried GPs, GP pauses their workload for the day)
- Newly Qualified GPs and Experienced welcome.
- Partnership considered.
