This CNC Machinist role will hold the below responsibilities:
- Your role will be to ensure the production of high-quality products through operating the CNC machines.
- Ensure work is carried out safely and priorities health and safety.
- Take responsibility for the quality and inspection of their own work.
- Cleaning and de- burring of the parts.
- Setting up the machines using provided instructions and programmes provided by the production engineering department.
- Record production hours correctly.
- Run the machines in line with the speed and feeds called by the programs and monitor performance.
- Ensure good and professional communication is maintained with your opposite DDS machinist during shift handover.

What our client is looking for in a CNC Machinist:
- Completed apprenticeship or experience in machining.
- Experienced in all aspects of workplace practice.
- Experienced in all aspects of production machinery both Manual and CNC.
- Knowledge and experience of working with Duplex and Nickel alloy materials.
- Good numerical and literacy skills.
- Experience of Fanuc controller.
- Ability to edit CNC programmes when needed.
- Ability to use CMM for inspections.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications, email, and internet.
- Positive hardworking individual.
- Someone who is willing to be flexible.

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:45pm
Friday: 7:00am – 12:45pm

Early shift:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am- 11:30am
Late shift:
Monday – Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Friday: 11:30am – 5:00pm

Night Shift:
Monday – Thursday: 10:00pm – 06:00am
Friday: 17:00pm – 22:30pm
