Your New Role:
- Salary: Earn between £85 - £110 per day, dependent on experience (DOE).
- Location: A supportive primary school in the scenic area of Torbay.
- Class Structure: Small, inclusive classes catering to children with autism and a range of complex SEND, from Reception to Year 6.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive interactions with children aged 4-11 years, each with their unique SEND.
- Support educational development through play-based learning.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a cohesive team, including a class teacher and fellow TAs.
- Enjoy the great outdoors while engaging with children in outside activities.
- Provide tailored support, working 1:1 and with small groups to meet individual learning goals.
- Address the complex needs of children, potentially including SEND and SEMH.
