Bookkeeper - rural South Northants
We are looking for a competent Bookkeeper to work for this long standing local business. Working in a very small (often 2 person!) team you must be comfortable working with a range of finance administration tasks to include the following:
- posting transactions in Sage 50 Accounts.
- Posting and sending customer invoices
- Processing supplier payments
- Collecting receivables - following up on late payments
- Cash flow forecasting.
- Bank reconciliation.
- General admin
The role is about 8-10 hours a week ideally based in the office for at least 2 days, each day 4 hours.
Some bookkeeping experience would be required.
Due to the rural location of this business, you must have your own transport or lifts to work as there is no public transport.
