Wilson Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking a Breakfast Chef to work on a 13 week contract with a view to go permanent from week 14.Contact Lucie Campbell now to register with Wilson Recruitment and work as part of a large and experienced team within a commercial kitchen environment where you’ll have opportunity to learn and develop your Chef skills. The kitchen boast a 3 Rosette status.Basic info:• 5 out of 7 days per week, rota to include some weekends• 06:00 – 14:00 (6am to 2pm)• 40 hours per week plus overtime• Circa £12.50 per hour + refreshments on duty for the first 13 weeks paid weekly• Circa £26’000 per annum paid monthly + overtime + excellent benefits from week 14Applicant:• Must be flexible and adaptable, work well within a large team and work 5 out of 7 days per week to include weekends where required• Shall possess and produce Food Hygiene and/or Food Safety Level 2 certification or higher• Should be able to evident previous hotel experience, preferably as part of a large kitchen team• Will hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle• Can produce career history and experience in the form of an up to date CV and references• May have experience of working with fresh produce (desirable)• Might have worked as part of a team within a commercial kitchen serving high volume of customers in the region of 100-200 per service (desirable)• Could be currently working as a Breakfast Chef and looking for career development (desirable)• Would have prior experience working within the leisure, spa, golf resort or luxury hotel environments (desirable)Benefits and perks (once permanent):• Lucrative basic salary based on experience, skills and qualifications• 28 days annual leave • Overtime available• Performance based salary reviews• Use of spa, pool and gym facilities• Meal on duty, refreshments to include non-alcoholic drinks• Employee awards and celebrations• Career development opportunities • Up to 50% discounts on products, treatments, food and beverage etc• PLUS MORE…Contact Lucie Campbell at Wilson Recruitment Ltd Northampton or visit our website www.wilsonrecruitment.co.uk .
