Working with leading corporate business this is a pivotal role to the team.As admin support PA you will support the team on a day to day basis with a variety of administrative tasks. You will need a genuine proactive approach to work, be able to prioritise and work to often tight deadlines.The role:
- Inbox management - filtering and prioritising all incoming correspondence
- Drafting letters, reports, emails and invoices
- Manual and electronic filing and archiving
- Managing team phone calls and coordinating diaries across the team and wider business
- Processing compliance documentation
- Some marketing preparation
The applicant:
- You will have previous experience in a similar environment
- Confident using all Microsoft Office Packages
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Ability to multi task and prioritise work load
- Ability to manage your own workload with little supervision
- Confident liaising with internal and external clients
