Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a highly commercial organisation in Merthyr Tydfil

The Finance Business Partner will be providing support for commercial and operational functions, providing crucial insights for decision-making and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

You will be:

Acting as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, indicating a need for strong interpersonal skills. Analysing internal data from various systems to produce financial insights for decision-making. Leading budget, AOP, and forecast cycles to gross margin level, implying a strategic role in financial planning. Involvement in month-end reporting and P&L reviews, suggesting a hands-on approach to financial management.

On offer;

Salary of from £50,000 to £65,000 plus benefits.
