Join a highly successful and growing manufacturing business based in Tredegar. We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to cover a maternity leave on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Head Office has recently undergone a state-of-the-art refurbishment, providing a modern and comfortable working environment.We are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to join our clients' dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' payroll experience, with manufacturing industry experience being a significant advantage. The role offers flexible working hours tailored to suit the candidate's needs across the week.Key Responsibilities: - Processing monthly payroll accurately and timely
- Handling payroll queries from employees
- Maintaining accurate payroll records
- Calculating and processing statutory payments
- Assisting with year-end payroll processes
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance
