Supply Chain Planning Manager Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits Trowbridge, Wiltshire Permanent

My client is currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to join their growing team in Trowbridge. In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the business has the right products in stock to meet the customer's needs during their critical annual trading period.
Duties:
- Leading a team of 4 to deliver accurate forecasts and plans for a £15m-£20m annual budget across 10,000+ SKUs
- Partnering with our exceptional Freight Manager on inbound planning and receipt.
- Maintaining accurate product data and contributing to strategic projects.
- Fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment, empowering your reports to grow and make sound decisions.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in supply chain planning with a minimum of £8m annual responsibility
- Professional CIPS qualification would be advantageous
- A track record of leading teams to achieve high performance and personal growth
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 39 hours per week with hybrid working available (once the first 4 weeks of training is completed).
