Direct Response Employment Services are seeking a vehicle valeter to join our established client in Trowbridge on a permanent basis.
Our client is looking to get someone on board quickly as the currently valeter leaves towards the end of May, so someone who can start before this time to have full training would be ideal.
Ideally you will have previous experience within a similar or have a passion for motors and enjoy ensuring customer vehicles are cleaned to high standards, taking ultimate pride in the work you carry out.
The Role:
- Valet / detail vehicles to the highest possible standards
- Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to enhance the appearance of vehicles
- Carry out internal and external inspections of vehicles to identify deterioration and damage
- Maintain the workspace i.e. sweeping the floor after every detail, clean tools and equipment, tidy up at the end of the day, etc
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience of cleaning vehicles to a high standard, ideal but not essential as full training can be given.
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Organised, calm and with good attention to detail
- A positive work ethic and ability to be responsive to a flexible workload
The most important attribute our client is looking for is someone who wants to work, has strong work ethic and goes the extra mile to ensure fantastic customer service.
The role will be working Monday to Friday and will involve working some Saturdays, normally every other Saturday.
On offer is a salary depending on experience between £23,000 - £30,000, our client looks to value staff and will reward hard work with bonuses and regular pay reviews.
