My client in Mid Cornwall is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager for a luxury Coastal Hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Implement effective marketing and sales initiatives to attract and retain guests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel management roles, with strong leadership skills.
