Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our accounting departments as Accounting Assistants. The ideal candidates will possess AAT Level 2 or 3 qualifications, although this is not mandatory. This position offers an opportunity to support the accounting department in various tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our client's businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial documents and reports as required.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Qualifications:
- AAT Level 2 or 3 qualifications are preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
