We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Office Administrator. Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, ensuring a professional and helpful interaction with callers. Direct calls to the appropriate person or handle inquiries personally.
  • Generate and manage building quotations, inputting data into our quotation database, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of orders.
  • Input customer orders and purchase orders into Sage software, preparing all associated paperwork accurately.
  • Compile paperwork from production for job packs, organizing and filing completed job packs efficiently.
  • Receive and book in stock deliveries on Sage, notifying suppliers of any discrepancies, and conducting stock takes as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for accreditations such as ISO9001/CARES, ISO14001, and EN1090, with training provided as necessary.
  • Handle Ebay and website orders, preparing items and paperwork for shipping or collection by couriers and pallet companies.
  • Undertake adhoc duties as required by the General Manager and Managing Director.

Skill Set:

  • Dependable and honest with excellent timekeeping skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette with the confidence to interact with customers both over the phone and in person.
  • Flexibility and willingness to support various departments as needed.
  • Proficiency in Sage software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
