Caretaker Required - Full-Time | Sevenoaks/Tunbridge Wells

This prestigous school in the Tunbridge/Sevenoaks are is seeking a diligent Caretaker to join our team, ensuring our school remains a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment. This full-time role offers a salary of up to 25,002 per annum, with a 37 hour week from Monday to Friday with paid overtime where neccessay.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the school's facilities, including maintenance, security, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Oversee the operational standards of the site, performing repairs, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring high-quality facility conditions.
Handle security measures, including daily gate duties and overall site security.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
A clean driving licence and willingness to undertake D1 training if necessary.
Experience in maintenance, basic health and safety, and DIY skills are essential.
