Commis Waiter - Runner

Commis Waiter / Runner with Porterage duties (live in available) required for our client, a restaurant and banqueting / wedding venue, located close to Tunbridge Wells.

AsCommis Waiter / Runner, you will assist the Waiting staff members and the Management, with carrying food and beverage trays to and from busy service times.

For the opportunity ofCommis Waiter / Runnerduties:

• No previous experience is necessary.
• We are looking for a candidate who is willing and keen to assist in the service times.
• You will be aiding the waiting staff to carry trays to and from service areas.
• You will also assist with moving furniture such as tables and chairs for the setting up and breaking down of the restaurant and function rooms over a large area.
• This role will require that you work on a weekly rota basis to include week-ends.
• Casual or part-time can be considered for applicants living in the local area for the week-end work.
• Opportunities to progress to a Waiter role.

Salary for this role ofCommis Waiter / Runneris given as up to 25,000 + / per annum / plus a share of the tips in addition to the salary.Live in is available if required on site. Access to transport is required due to location should you live in the local area and not require live in. Casual or part-time can be considered for applicants living in the local area for week-end shifts.
