Location: Tunbridge WellsSalary: £32,000Hours: 24 per week (0.6 FTE)Trinity Theatre is a unique and welcoming venue that uses the arts to foster personal and creative growth in Tunbridge Wells. They are currently at an exciting juncture as they are about to launch a new brand identity and website.Collaborating with TN Recruits, Trinity Theatre is actively seeking a skilled Marketing and Audience Development Manager whose goal is to harness the arts for the community’s personal and creative growth. Role Overview: They're looking for an experienced professional to enhance their marketing efforts, engage existing patrons, and attract new audiences. You’ll manage marketing, PR, the Box Office, and Corporate Development functions, ensuring the growth and satisfaction of their customer base. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy: Lead and implement a comprehensive marketing and audience development strategy. Expand membership and improve offerings for long-term supporters. Utilise data-driven insights to grow audiences.
  • Sales: Maximise attendance and revenue for all events. Set sales targets, monitor progress, and report to senior leadership.
  • Design and Branding: Ensure consistent application of Trinity’s brand. Oversee the creation of marketing materials and maintain the website.
  • Relationship Management: Foster relationships with local media and corporate supporters. Collaborate with the Volunteer Box Office Manager and support the Digital Marketing Officer’s development.
About You:
  • Over 5 years in marketing with a successful track record in strategy implementation.
  • Proficient in online and offline marketing, data analysis, and creative software.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic HTML.
  • Team management experience.
Desirable:
  • Background in theatre or arts sectors.
  • Budget management and financial forecasting experience.
  • Familiarity with the Affinity suite and WordPress.
  • SEO knowledge.
