Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, based in the Tunbridge Wells area, are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor will be working on a range of projects within the social housing, retrofit, insurance and local authority sector. Completing a range of building surveying duties.
The Building Surveyor must be MRICS qualified or close to acquire qualification.

- Reporting back to the Partners
- Projects: social housing, retrofit, insurance and local authority - Site Travels As Required

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- Must be MRICS qualified
- Prior experience of residential projects
- Based within commuting distance of the Tunbridge Wells
- Must be happy to travel to sites across the South East and London
- Must be looking for a long-term role

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
- Salary: 50k - 65k
- Pension
