Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

I am seeking a skilled and ambitious Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join a well-respected firm in Tunbridge Wells. This role involves providing comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to their diverse clientele. As a key member of the team, you will assist Managers and Senior Managers in delivering exceptional client work and advisory projects.

Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Drive the delivery of advisory and compliance services
  • Undertake ad-hoc consultancy work and assist with special assignments.
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and departmental KPIs.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development activities.

Experience Required

  • Relevant tax experience within a practice environment
  • Strong technical capabilities in tax advisory and compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in staff management and mentoring.
