Job Role: Creative Stylist/Technician.

Permanent. Full time. Employed status.

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Located in the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells and close to the prestigious Pantiles, we bring to you a new salon experience that is fresh and fun, with a friendly and honest approach.

We believe that every great cut or colour starts with a great consultation. That’s why our skilled Stylists really take the time to fully understand the look you want to achieve and how to achieve it.

What we are after:

Strong cutting or Colour skillset, along with a passion for the industry, but equally a willingness to learn new things is vital. You will be a team player who is well-presented with good communication skills, keen to grow and run a premium column. Your attitude and willingness to learn is your most important asset.

Job Role: Creative Stylist/Technician. Permanent. Full time. Employed status.

Salon Profile: Elegant hair and beauty, Colourful, energetic, happy.

Duties: Carry out all aspects of hairdressing services including, cutting. advanced hair colouring techniques.

Hairdressing Experience:

• Hairdressing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (Preferred)

The Exchange:

1. £22,000 to £28,000 (depending on applicant) commissions led incentives
2. Commission on targets
3. Commission on product sales

Hours: 3 to 5 days per week (full days)

The salon is open 6 days a week.
