- Execute payroll processing for approximately 1500 employees across all sites.
- Handle HMRC submissions, pension contributions, and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Administer weekly TRONC payments in line with scheme guidelines.
- Offer ad-hoc payroll analysis and reporting as required.
- Collaborate closely with the senior payroll manager on operational matters.
- Stay abreast of payroll regulations and update processes accordingly.
- Demonstrated experience managing payrolls of 500+ employees.
- Profound understanding of TRONC systems and protocols.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
