- Supervise HMRC submissions, manage pension contributions, and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Execute weekly Tronc payments in accordance with scheme guidelines.
- Provide on-demand payroll analysis and reporting.
- Work closely with the senior payroll manager to streamline operations.
- Stay abreast of payroll regulations and update procedures accordingly.
- Proven track record of overseeing payrolls for 500+ employees.
- Thorough understanding of Tronc systems and protocols.
- Proficiency in Excel, with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Strong communication skills for building effective cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines while maintaining motivation.
