We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Physiotherapist (Band 5 to 7) at our inclusive educational institution, where we provide comprehensive support to young adults with complex needs, including PMLD, SLD, and autism.

  • Actual Salary: £32,204 to £39,027 per annum

Role Overview: The successful candidate will lead our onsite physiotherapy services, collaborating closely with the head of therapy to enhance our offerings. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing tailored physiotherapy programmes
  • Conducting training sessions for staff and groups
  • Managing hydrotherapy sessions, including programme design and in-water guidance
  • Overseeing the maintenance and procurement of physiotherapy equipment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a specialist educational setting
  • Proficiency in hydrotherapy, with the ability to educate others on its benefits and techniques
  • A passion for supporting and empowering students with special educational needs
