Sous Chef - Luxury Country Hotel Restaurant - East Sussex
Our client is a superb award winning Country Hotel in the Uckfield area who are recruiting a Sous Chef. You will be working with the finest, freshest ingredients to produce food of the highest standard to 2AA rosette level. You will help prepare meals for the fine dining restaurant and cover the Head Chef in running the restaurant service. There is no banqueting as this is run by a separate team.. The role is 4 days on, 3 off so can offer a good work life balance.

The Role
- Preparing meals for restaurant using seasonal produce
- Running service in Head Chef's absence

- Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
- Capable and able to work unsupervised
