Are you passionate about working in finance for a growing company? Pure have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and hard-workingAccounts Admin to join a busy team in Upminster.

This is a temporary assignment lasting 2-3 months.

Essential Duties

  • Data entry
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are correctly followed in the processing of all invoices; expenses; transactions and card payments
  • Ensuring all payment runs are available for review at agreed times
  • Ensuring all payments are properly authorised and queried items are not paid until resolved
  • Helping out withinany ad-hoc accounts within Purchase Ledger.

Required Skills
  • 1+ year experience in a finance department
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Close attention to detail.
