A reputable Haddenham primary school is in need of a motivated Teaching Assistant. Primary Teaching Assistants (TAs) are in charge of offering learning support to individuals and groups while assisting teaching staff, with a focus on encouraging students to actively participate in learning and classroom activities.

The Job – Teaching Assistant:
- To assist the main teacher to passionately inspire KS1/2 to pupils guided by the national curriculum
- To help tailor lessons for different learning styles and abilities in order to engage pupils to succeed to the best of their ability
- To assist in the planning and marking when required
- Help the main teacher to maintain classroom
- Main subjects which will require covering include, Maths, English and Science.

Requirements:
- Experience working in primary schools
- To have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom
- Have outstanding classroom management and engagement
- To be professional and a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with KS1/2 curriculum
