In this leadership position you will be responsible for maintaining the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, ensuring compliance with the sites legal register and lead internal audits to proactively address any concerns, alongside being a positive force for general awareness of all HSE matters within the company, delivering training and toolbox talks.

The role:

• Develop the company's HSE approach and strategy
• Provide leadership and guidance to the management team and employees
• Review, develop and implement HSE policy, Standard Operating Procedures, Risk Assessments and Toolbox Talks
• Manage the site Environmental Permit
• Development and implementation of an effective document management system in line with ISO:45001
• 36 hours over 4 days (Monday to Thursday)

The person:

• IOSH or NEBOSH
• Manufacturing / production background
