- Mid Term Adjustments, i.e Additions, Deletions, Amendments
- Claims Handling including claim reporting, repudiation challenges, claims negotiation.
- Sub-contractor/Hire insurance checking
- Contract checking – typically JCT/CDM Collateral Warranties
- Midterm review – pre renewal – renewal meetings with customers at their premises
- Renewal broking
- Renewal report writing
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Commercial Insurance, preferably within a Broker setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and broking skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and assess their risk attitudes.
- Passion for customer service and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Cert CII qualification preferred but not essential.
