  • As a Accounts Receivable Clerk you will be responsible for daily customer payments postings and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Dealing with customer queries and chasing debt when required.
  • Raising invoices and sending weekly statements to customer.
  • Weekly and Monthly aged debtor reconciliations.
  • Recording Sales Receipt.
  • Supporting the Management accountant with month-end processes.
  • Ad hoc tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in using Sage 50 is preferred.
  • Good MS Office Excel skill with 5 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge of double entry journal.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Organised and methodical, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Initiative and self-sufficiency, but not afraid to ask for help when needed.
  • Flexibility and willingness to support all members of the team with any task that is required.
  • Ambition and drive to develop the role.
