£27,000 + Pension + Parking

If you are a Customer Service Assistant and would like to move your career forward and join a progressive, expanding company then this role could be for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Organising next day deliveries for both domestic and international customers

- Arranging the sale and secure transportation of all shipments to customers requirements

- Producing all documentation, despatch notes, invoices, Airway Bills etc for customers when required

- Ensuring shipments are processed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and KPIs

- Liaising with freight agents and couriers to arrange the collection of shipments

- Providing customers with details of Airway bills and any other relevant documentation
