Our client, a globally recognised consumer goods business, is seeking a proactive and analytically strong Senior Finance Analyst to join their EMEA FP&A team.
This role will partner closely with the Commercial team across multiple regions and offers exposure to strategic financial planning, commercial performance analysis, and senior-level reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant looking to apply their financial planning and analysis expertise in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly/quarterly EMEA management reports across all brands using Excel, BPC & BI tools.
- Own reclassification/accrual journals in collaboration with the Commercial team.
- Generate and validate SAP transactional reports and align costs with Commercial/Marketing teams.
- Produce and circulate bi-weekly sales dashboards, providing commentary on rate movements.
- Manage quarterly trade investment recharges and reconciliations with bottlers across key markets.
- Drive process improvements and provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Develop budgeting templates and consolidate commercial forecasts
- Lead BPC budget input for commercial P&L elements and ensure consistency with strategic goals.
- Review assumptions, challenge inputs, and support Commercial teams throughout budget cycles.
Skills & Experience
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Proven experience business partnering with Commercial teams
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables); SAP/BPC experience is a plus
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
- Confident working with large data sets and financial models
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Professional presence with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and externally
