Builder

We are currently recruiting a Builder to take on a contract on behalf of a market leading company in Social Housing.

To be considered for the position the successful Builder must have their own hand tools, van and a UK driving licence. Whilst also being able to demonstrate the below:

• Boxing in below boiler, boxing around a flue, minor filling around holes, possibly a soakaway that requires a dig through concrete but they’re rare

• Extensive experience within social housing properties working as a builder

• Proficiency in two to three trades such as boxing in, carpentry, plastering, painting, brick work and making good

• Confidence in own work

• 5 days a week
