Our client in the Uxbridge area is seeking a HR Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
The role will be to provide support to the HR Advisor with various duties.
- To provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on the effective implement HR policies.
- To ensure that the business employs the right balance of staff in terms of skill and experience.
- Assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Ensure payroll changes are correctly completed and within the relevant monthly deadlines.
- Support the recruiting of staff; developing job descriptions, person specifications; preparing job adverts; checking application forms; shortlisting; interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Maintain staff database including the recording of sickness absence, annual leave and special leave.
You will need to have experience working within a HR role.
You will need an enhanced DBS due to the industry you'll be working in.
