We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a fantastic HR team in Uxbridge. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with part-times hours 2.5 days per week. With a generous salary and car allowance, there is also fantastic benefits package on offer.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a reliable partner for hiring managers and HR Business Partners to build a network of future talents in order to find the right people for their teams to start a long-term career journey. You will be responsible for delivering excellence throughout the recruiting lifecycle and will closely partner with hiring managers, team members, and HR Business Partners to efficiently deliver and continuously enhance the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:- Act as a reliable partner for hiring managers and HR Business Partners to build a network of future talents.- Develop sourcing strategies and effectively utilize social media platforms, such as LinkedIn recruiter, to attract top talent.- Build and maintain talent pools to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple vacancies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish strong relationships and ensure effective communication.- Influence senior stakeholders to drive recruitment strategies and initiatives.- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and UK employment law relating to recruitment and selection.- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.- Report to the HR Director on recruitment activities and progress.Requirements:- University degree or equivalent experience.- Proven experience in developing sourcing strategies and utilizing social media platforms for talent acquisition within the UK.- Extensive experience in active talent sourcing and building and maintaining talent pools.- Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the UK, preferably with exposure to executive search companies.- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish strong collaboration internally and externally.- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive recruitment strategies.- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.- Understanding of data protection regulations and UK employment law relating to recruitment and selection.- Fluent in English.Desirable:- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.- Experience within the oncology area would be a perfect match.- Familiarity with the ABPI code of practice.
