They are passionate about creating innovative and trustworthy products for factory automation processes.In this role, you will provide hands on technical support, including being the first point of contact for all IT issues that arise, supporting IT issues across the UK offices, installing and maintaining software and hardware, and staying up to date with the ticketing system. This is a collaborative role within a friendly environment with a clear route for you to take ownership and progress within the company to a team lead/ tech specialist position. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT and ideally have some experience in IT Technical Support. The candidate will be motivated to kickstart their career in IT support and want to grow and flourish within a supportive environment and company. The candidate will be hands-on and must be comfortable with working as part of a team.
