Exciting Contract Opportunity for IT Business Systems Analyst with one of the Top Pharma clients.

Role: IT Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) - Pharma/ Biotech

Location: Stockley Park, UK

Duration: 12 month contract

Your Responsibilities

The role will operate as a Business Systems Analyst across multiple concurrent project workstreams, at different phases in their lifecycle. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and have experience working in complex environments.

Core responsibilities include:

Assume IT Business Analyst responsibilities through the full lifecycle of multiple critical IT projects and product releases.

Perform a range of business analysis related disciplines.

You will be responsible for liaising with business partners, understanding and defining requirements, maintaining product backlogs and supporting testing.

Independently develop and maintain high-quality deliverables and documentation on time and in line with agreed standards.

Engage and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies. Our closest business partners are part of the Commercial and Technical Operations functions.

Ability to serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that meet business objectives.

Support system and user acceptance testing.

Support the IT Product Manager in strategic product planning and portfolio management activities.

Leverage and embed business analysis best practices in all aspects of your work.

You will need to liaise with teams across multiple locations.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

Experienced IT Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs. In particular, delivering technology solutions to support the launch of commercial pharmaceutical products.

Experience within a high-growth commercial Biotech / Pharmaceutical organization is preferable.

Knowledge and understanding of Commercial and related functions in the Biotech industry: e.g. Launch and Commercialization, Patient Services, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics.

Proven IT Business Analysis discipline and an extensive analytical toolkit.

An ability to analyze complex business problems in a rigorous way and deliver innovative solutions to address them.

Strong attention to detail and an ability to understand new concepts quickly.

Experience and knowledge of end-to-end IT software development lifecycles.

Experience with agile methodologies is preferred.

Experience with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce.com applications is highly desired.

Experience in the delivery of GxP projects.

Ability to work with dispersed and global teams.

Experience managing the delivery and performance of third-party vendors - primarily off-shore.

Ability to communicate technical solutions to business partners in a clear and meaningful way.

Ability to operate effectively and influence outcomes in a matrix organization.

Strong analytical, communication, time-management, facilitation, presentation and project management skills.
